100 People Can Change A Community
The Mahomet Community Foundation is thrilled to announce the formation of our 100 People of Impact. This community-based philanthropic group is dedicated to making a significant difference in Mahomet and the surrounding area. This new initiative is open to all individuals who are willing to donate $200 to join and commit to contributing an additional $200 yearly.

Board Message
Mahomet is a great place to live. It has wonderful schools, a thriving business community, an active parks department, and terrific neighbors. Our entire board is thrilled to be able to serve this community by providing ways to support capital projects like the Splash Pad at Barber Park and the new tennis courts that will allow our tennis teams and local players to enjoy their favorite sport in our own community. Our goal is to find ways to serve the people who live and enjoy Mahomet by providing more resources that improve lives and fill needs not served by other organizations.
The vision for the Mahomet Community Foundation is to serve as a connector within the community. To be a resource and a referral source for other non-profits helping our neighbors as well as a one-stop-shop for businesses and community members who want to give back. Ultimately, our goal is to help our wonderful community grow and prosper and enjoy the best of Central Illinois living.
